Scope Of Work

This project we started during the winter and finished by spring. The owners  at first had chosen another company to complete the project for them but unfortunate that company started demo but never  finished only started interior demo and was never heard from. That is when the owners called K and K and once we heard this we immediately met with the owner on site and coordinated everything and agreed to complete the project. We did demo, foundation,concrete work,sidewalk,driveway,parking lot,roof,stone,stucco,sidewalk,utilities,hvac,plumbing,surveillance system, door,window,framing,drywall,paint,floors,kitchen, bathrooms, drivethru. We finished on the time we promised to finish.
