ZENOVA CONSTRUCTION in a minority owned business located in Bakersfield, CA that brings specialized experience, past performance, and technical expertise to provide the flexibility, responsiveness and reliable performance for all your construction needs.  Since our foundation ZENOVA has successfully completed hundreds of construction projects for client across the Central Valley.  ZENOVA understands that time is of the essence and on time-within budget performance is critical to the successful performance of all projects small or large.

HISTORY

ZENOVA CONSTRUCTION'S foundation started in 2000 as a one man sole proprietorship operation as MORALES CONSTRUCTION SERVICES.  In 2006 the company incorporated as MORALES PARTNERS INCORPORATED (MPI) due to the continued growth of the operations and to better position itself to deal with larger more complex projects.  In 2015, the company changed it name to ZENOVA CORPORATION and formed as a Limited Liability Corporation.  The name change was a better representation of the vision of the company, and the new entity structure allows the company take full advantages of the tax and distribution benefits allowed by a limited liability company.
