Scope Of Work
MTC was in charge of cleaning the location. We made sure all the construction debris was cleaned up and all dust was wiped away. We scrubbed and dusted every inch of the restaurant in the front of the house as well as the back of the house in the kitchen/prep area. We were in charge of making sure it was grand opening ready for the public.
