This Partial Renovation and New Construction of this major shopping center in Holmdel was a fast paced well laid out project where we had to saw cut the 6" concrete floor and relocate the main service conduits beneath the slab and install a new energy management multi linx control switch gear and interlink the new energy efficient hybrid HVAC controller and the lighting management system as well as the emergency lighting Inverters and backup batteries, total store fit out with great back lit exterior signage and window displays,
