Scope Of Work
One of the first new buildings in the Essex Crossing development, this 138,000 square foot project will provide much needed affordable senior housing in a 15-story mixed-use building. The base will include retail, medical offices, and community facilities. The residential tower is oriented so that the 100 apartments will enjoy expansive views of the Manhattan skyline and southern exposure. With a well-insulated envelope, and highly efficient mechanical systems make this building an energy efficient addition to the Lower East Side.
