EVEN Hotels is a concept created by InterContinental Hotels Group in 2012 to create a hotel that meets travelers’ holistic wellness needs. RC was commissioned to design their New York Flagship, a 35-story hotel and residential condominium tower in the Grand Central/ United Nations neighborhood of Manhattan’s East Side.
