The Pearson Court Square features a grand double-height lobby, a state-of-the-art fitness center, yoga studio, and laundry facility, bike storage, grocery storage, and a 24-car garage. The Pearson Court Square achieved Silver certification. It also complies with New York State Energy Research and Development Authority’s Multifamily Performance.
