Scope Of Work
Renovation of former eatery into two restaurants, Buffalo Wild Wings Go and Sonic.
- Excavation, back fill and compaction
- Furnished and installed SCH #40 PVC above and below slab for sanitary waste and vent piping.
- Furnished and installed copper and PEX domestic water piping for above slab including main and branch lines.
- Furnished and installed thermal pipe insulation, as per plans.
- Furnished and installed SCH #40 black steel natural gas piping and fittings.
- Furnished and installed fixtures, equipment, materials, and accessories in both restaurants including water closets, lavatory sinks, mop sinks, trench drains, floor drains, sinks & clean outs, wall hydrants, water heaters and recirculating pumps.
- Flushed system and sterilized domestic water piping.
- Fire caulking to new plumbing penetrations
