Scope Of Work
3,045 sq foot Design/Build Office Space Fit-out within warehouse space
- Excavation, backfill and compaction
- Furnish and install SCH #40 PVC above and below slab for sanitary waste and vent piping
- Furnish and install copper domestic water piping for above slab including main and branch lines
- Furnish and install thermal pipe insulation, as per plans
- Furnish and install fixtures, equipment, materials, and accessories as per plumbing plans including water closets, urinal, lavatory & kitchen sinks, mop sink, bottle filling station, floor drains and water heaters
- Flush system and sterilize domestic water piping
- Fire caulking to new plumbing penetrations
