Scope Of Work
Renovation of an existing 3 floor building, converted to 7 residential apartments and a commercial store on the ground floor.
- Furnish and install SCH #40 PVC above and below slab for sanitary waste and vent piping
- Furnish and install SCH #40 PVC above and below slab for storm water piping
- Furnish and install PEX domestic water piping for above slab including main and branch lines
- Furnish and install thermal pipe insulation, as per plans
- Furnish and install Trac pipe natural gas piping and fittings
- Furnish and install materials and accessories as per plumbing plans including floor drains and backflow
- Intall water closets, lavatory sinks, showers, mop sinks, sump pump, submeters and tankless water heaters provided by owner
- Flush system and sterilize domestic water piping.
- Fire caulking to new plumbing penetrations
