Scope Of Work
New construction of a 4,500 square foot field technician office at an active fuel pipeline terminal site. The facility included conference and huddle rooms, cubicle work spaces, locker rooms with showers, full kitchen, and a breakroom. Work at the active terminal site required close coordination with daily industrial operations and strict safety requirements.
