Scope Of Work
The Subject Property consists of a 251-unit, 231,534-gross square foot2 / 199,281-net rentable square foot, 3 age-restricted apartment community comprised of one six-story apartment building; fourteen, two-story townhome buildings; and one clubhouse building, all located on two parcels totaling 11.70-acres. In working with Jonathan Rose Companies, the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA), and the Enterprise Green Community, Path is rehabbing the existing building to include upgrades throughout the building units, common areas, and surrounding site. The renovation scope of work includes Demolition, Fire Restoration, Carpentry, Roofing, Windows, HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing.
