Scope Of Work
Construction of a LEED platinum new four-story, 42,000 square-foot addition directly adjacent to existing Building-C at the College of Lake County. The new addition includes offices, laboratories, and general support spaces. Additional project scope included 25,000 square feet of interior renovations in the existing space. The new two-story atrium also serves as a southern main campus entrance.
