Scope Of Work
This historic, 30,000SF, Georgian Revival-style home now serves as a banquet and retreat center. Historical background checks were performed so materials could be approved. Operations continued during construction. Scope included, but was not limited to slate roof replaced, featuring copper snow guards, and cupola; winter work was protected by erecting a tent over the roof; seven chimneys rebuilt or repaired; and removed slate and brick was recycled for reuse.
