Scope Of Work

The Galt House Renovation project involves renovation of significant interior spaces of an operating 1,239 room hotel. The hotel will remain in continuous operation during the construction period. The overall project is divided into several significant projects. The guestroom renovations involves the replacement of all interior finishes, limited plumbing revisions, limited electrical revisions, and replacement of light fixtures in 639 rooms in the West Tower and 600 rooms in the East Tower. The West Tower public spaces renovations consists of the renovation of existing space into a full-service, three meal restaurant. The East Tower public spaces renovation involves renovation of guest registration area, addition of a food & beverage service component in the form of a full-service bar with limited food and the renovation of meeting spaces. In addition, the Conservatory bar area connecting the two towers will receive light updates, updates of flooring and finishes.
