Scope Of Work
Ulysses S. Grant High School, originally built in 1924, underwent a substantial modernization project for upgrades to 300,000 SF of the campus for the classrooms, library, and common areas to be state-of-the-art, sustainable, and able to serve well beyond today’s generation. The renovation featured several key parts from major seismic and facade renovations to a ground-up gymnasium addition. The original gymnasium was restored to serve as the center for art and a centralized resource center for PPS students. With a new solar array, roofing, turf, and natural fields, the nearly 1,500 Grant Generals were proud to reclaim their newly finished school before the 2019 school year.
