Scope Of Work
CoBeck completed two projects for Kidney Specialists of Minnesota. The new headquarters consisted of 7,300 s.f. complete demolition of existing tenant and build-out for their new relocated clinic and administration operations.
This new space houses their administrative personnel, conference rooms as well as new exam rooms and lobby seating areas.
