Scope Of Work

When it came time to replace the white tent used for outdoor parties and events larger than the clubhouse could hold, ownership of The Golf Club at Black Rock decided it was the right time to invest in the construction of an event center. Two years in the planning and unique in the private golf course community, The Corral, a separate facility from the Black Rock Clubhouse, has gained national recognition since its completion.

The design/build proposal, a joint venture between d’Zign group and Edwards Smith, met the ownership’s goal of a more casual space while maintaining the aesthetic of the Black Rock community. When the rolling barn doors are open, members know a good time is at hand.
