Scope Of Work
The population of Saratoga Springs, Utah, has doubled over the last eight years making the city one of the fastest growing communities in Utah. The current population projections predict the population will jump another 33% in the next five years and 66% in the next 10 years.
In addition to growth, several economic development projects were announced in 2018, including a new Fat Cats entertainment facility. Fat Cats is a franchised family bowling center that has a few locations in the state. Fat Cats is one of Utah’s favorite places to have parties for the whole family and this new location is the first movie theater and fully integrated entertainment complex in Utah. Its newest facility in Saratoga Springs features eight luxury reclining movie theaters, 20 bowling lanes, an arcade, mini-golf, and concessions. The facility also features virtual reality rooms where guests will be able to experience different virtual reality scenarios.
Big-D Construction’s Lindon team successfully completed the project in 11 months.
