Scope Of Work
Big-D Signature is one of the contractors working at the Victory Ranch development. Aside from constructing more than 30 cabin homes at Victory Ranch, Big-D Signature also constructed a 24,000 square-foot clubhouse called The Barn.
The Barn consists of two buildings at the Victory Ranch Development in Utah. The buildings features a variety of amenities including the following:
• Restaurant
• Spa
• Steam Rooms
• Warming hut
• Basketball court
• Juice bar
• Exercise facility
The two buildings were constructed using structure steel. The interior features reclaimed barn wood from North Carolina and a mixture of nostalgia collectible items that are displayed throughout the facility. Strategically placed ground-to-ceiling windows provide an abundance of natural light for guests and members. The windows also provide panoramic views of the golf course and neighboring mountains.
The interior of The Barn, also known as Phase 1, was completed in November of 2017. In 2018, Big-D Signature will return to the Barn to begin work on a 75-foot swimming pool with a hot tub and winding water slide; two tennis courts; and bocci ball court
