Scope Of Work
28,500 SF expansion to house new roasting and green/roasted storage equipment along with new receiving/shipping loading dock area
4,400 SF interior renovation for new testing lab and additional office space
Construction work was strategically planned and coordinated with the Construction, Design, and Ownership Team allowing for Owner to maintain normal operation (6 days a week / 24 hours a day) activities.
