David F. Radlmann, CGC, LEED AP BD+C
Dave has been a key player in the Atlanta construction industry for
more than 18 years. His experience spans both general contracting and
development and totals nearly $400 Million Dollars of new construction.
He has managed construction on a wide range of project types
including industrial, office, retail, high-rise, mixed-use, and multi
and single-family developments. In the industrial market alone, Dave
has managed the development of more than 1.3 million square feet worth
over $80 million, the majority of which are LEED-registered.
Dave has been a leader in the green construction industry for 12+
years. His commitment to sustainable design and construction
management on his projects has been recognized by numerous industry
awards. This reputation for construction and sustainable design
excellence is well earned, springing from his tenure with industry
leaders such as Atlanta’s M. J. Lant Development, and Neal Loia
Construction, where he served as Construction Manager and Senior
Project Manager, respectively.
Dave is one of less then 300 people in the State of Georgia to hold
an Individual General Contactor license. This qualifies him as an
unrestricted top tier licensed general contractor in the state of
Georgia for both commercial and residential construction.
He holds current certifications in the following: LEED AP, Earthcraft
Builder, Energy Star Certified, and EPA Lead Safe Renovator.
Dave is a member of the United States Green Business Council and
serves on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Green Council as is
one of their founding members. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree
from Clemson University.
Dave’s most notable recent projects included:
1) Construction management of the $180M award-winning Glenwood Park
in Atlanta. This is a mixed-use neighborhood and construction that
included the reclamation of an existing 27-acre brownfield site.
Glenwood Park was recognized by the Georgia Urban Forest Council as
“The Outstanding Community of 2004”.
2) Development and construction management services for the $100
million award-winning Lindbergh Plaza in Atlanta, GA. This project
consisted of re-developing “big box” retail space into mixed-use space
that included both retail and residential components.
The Lindbergh Plaza was recognized in 2007 by the Atlanta Business
Chronicle as “Mixed Use Deal of the Year.
3) Development and construction management of 1.3 million square feet
of LEED industrial buildings throughout South Carolina and Georgia.
