Amanda, Principal and Owner of Ideal Due Diligence, brings to idd over 25 years of experience in permit acquisitions nationwide. Prior positions include the design, architecture and construction industries. Her diverse background includes collaborating with residential, office, hospitality, retail and restaurant clientele.
Throughout her career Amanda has navigated working in a range from architectural and engineering firms as well as retail companies which allowed for broadening her knowledge to a national level. Also, Amanda has built on that facet and included feasibility studies and space planning working directly with clients and their real estate partners to determine if a particular building or tenant space would meet the current and future requirements of the companies they represent.
The drive to start idd came in the form of requests from previous clients to start a permit acquisition company. In every prior position, Amanda was the one to coordinate and manage the national permit expeditors. As she began to find those firms lacking in customer service or attention to details, she soon took over the role for the due diligence and permit submittals for the architectural firm or retailer where she was employed. She strives to build a company that meets or exceeds our clients' expectations.
Amanda is process driven and has held management positions that have allowed her to collaborate on determining the overall process and timeline for various project types. Driving realistic project schedules so construction start dates hold is a key goal. Amanda possesses the drive and dedication to assure your project remains on schedule partnering with all team members for a successful implementation.
