At Home Apartments started in 1992 with two friends purchasing a brownstone in St. Paul. Flash forward 20 years later and they currently own and manage over 4,500 units in the Midwest. Located in St. Paul, MN, their mission is to create and manage properties to be “clean, quiet, and well-maintained” for renters.
The Chase at Nine Mile Creek is a 4-story, 106 unit complex in Minnetonka, Minnesota. Constructed with a precast first floor followed by wood framed upper floors. The site includes 116 garage stalls and 54 exterior parking stalls, and roof top patios and a swimming pool.
The Chase at Nine Mile Creek offers one and two-bedroom apartments. The units feature hard surface flooring, kitchen islands, granit countergops, and upscale finishes. The apartment complex is located one block from the Minnesota River Bluffs Biking Trail, as well as Shady Oak Lake and Lone Lake.
