Scope Of Work
This project is located in Orange Beach, Alabama with over 136 guest rooms and 2,000 square feet to be repaired. Repairs will also be completed on a fitness center, and indoor/outdoor pool. This hotel is conveniently located walking distance to the Gulf of Mexico.
PROJECT SCOPE:
Remove, service, repair and replace all guestroom PTACs.
Replacement of all carpets and pad in guestrooms, corridors and meeting room.
Service and repair all RTU’s Including the complete renewal of the main roof unit.
Repair damaged to tar and roll main roof. – New complete reroof under consideration.
Replacement and bring up to ADA requirements the hotels dune walkover.
Repair, service and replace external electrical fixtures.
Repair, replace and repaint damaged and missing EIFS. – Complete new painting of hotel under consideration.
Reinstall all guestroom furniture.
Repair, repaint, new carpet and base to front of house managers office.
Ceramic tile replacement and repairs in kitchen.
Restriping and resealing of parking lot.
