Scope Of Work

Working out of Destin, FL – the Bear General Contractors team is currently under construction on a new multi-functional worship facility for the Immanuel Anglican Church. This 11,500 Square Foot new-construction facility utilizes an economical yet decorative Pre-Engineered Metal Building shell that’s dressed with high-quality exterior materials and openings to create a unique worship space capable of seating ~300 patrons, four new multi-functional classroom spaces, a new kitchen, office space, and additional flex spaces throughout.

Including civil and landscaping work, this new construction project blends seamlessly into the existing campus grounds for a cohesive experience – scheduled for completion in 2024, this new addition will allow for increased growth for years to come.
