Overview
MT2 was contracted to provide comprehensive soil remediation services at the Denver Federal Center Redevelopment site to meet mixed use standards.
MT2 Services
MT2 performed a treatability study which indicated that portions of the site contained elevated lead concentrations. MT2 personnel utilized proprietary ECOBOND® treatment methods and technologies to successfully treat lead impacted soils to below RCRA levels of 5.0 mg/L. This approach met federal, state, and local regulatory requirements; met and exceeded project objectives; provided significantly lower costs by employing ECOBOND®; and, met schedule requirements.
Outcome
The property was successfully remediated and the Federal Government could utilize the property for additional office space.
