Scope Of Work
For more than twenty years, Sullivan Cozart has played an active role in expanding, renovating and beautifying one of Kentucky’s most prestigious high schools – Saint Xavier Catholic High School for boys. Projects have ranged from classroom renovations and expansion, construction of athletic buildings and fields to updating the entrance of the high school.
Athletic, Arts & Assembly Center
Completed: 1990
Flaget Hall: 11,944 classroom addition
Completed: 1999
New Building Entrance, Office & Arts Assembly Center: Completed while facility was in use
Completed: 2002
New Campus Entrance: reconfiguration of roads, construction of circular drive and tennis center
Completed: 2006
Sports Complex: Development of 22 acre site into 6000 seat football stadium, 200 seat baseball stadium, 2000 seat tennis center and 15,000 square feet of support facilities, athletic offices, concession areas, new roads and new entrance
