Starting out his working life as a toilet scrubber and working through the ranks to get to where he is now, Eric understands the idea of hard work, starting with nothing, and accomplishing big goals. Through proactive continued education, Eric has excelled in customer service becoming the top salesperson for ten years in a row in a growing company. Dedicating 15 years to retail sales management, customer service is at the forefront of the skill set he possesses. Overseeing the training of over 300 employees and managing the operations of a 10+ Million dollar store, Eric has a firm understanding of the need for operational excellence. As a recipient of the "Top 20 professionals under 40 Award" in Kitsap County, he has demonstrated a drive and desire to go above and beyond to take care of customers through engaging next-level customer service practices.
