Scope Of Work
in the heart of downtown Denver’s business district, the Le Meridien / AC Hotel is a unique dual- facility that serves as a central hub for convention goers. AECOM Hunt as construction manager on the 258,000-square-foot hotel – which stands at 21 stories and contains 495 rooms.
Just five blocks from the Golden Triangle Creative District, the hotel extends the vibe with curated art, eclectic music and an on-site marketplace. Corinne, a destination dining restaurant, and The Lobbyist, a cocktail lounge and coffee bar, are the hotel’s featured food and beverage outlets, providing unique culinary creations.
The hotel compliments the city’s convention center, which is just one block away, with its own meeting and event space totaling over 12,000 square feet – 8,000 square feet of meeting rooms, a 5,700-square-foot ballroom divisible into thirds, five breakout rooms, and 4,500 square feet of pre-function area comprise the space.
