as the President & Director of Cobstruction. He hails from Houston, Texas, USA and attended Texas Tech University. He has spent 35 years in general construction and directing programs in the United States and globally Dick is a senior executive with significant directorship, operations management, business development experience in the sectors of construction, engineering, facilities management, project management, logistics, strategic planning and risk management and mitigation.

?Dick has directed multi million and multi-billion dollar development programs for some of the largest corporations in the MENA Region, Africa, Eastern Europe and the US. He has worked closely with major US multinational engineering and project management corporations as well as government agencies such as the US State Dept, US Dept of Defense, US Treasury Dept. He is very experienced in working with    school boards, hospitals, city and county municipalities, as well as a wide range of CEO’s of major corporations. He has led multinational and multi-cultural groups and individuals in successful execution of some of the most challenging programs and projects in some of the most challenging environments. Dick has conducted focused business development programs in Eastern Europe, CIS, Balkans, Asia, Mongolia, China, Africa and the US. His combined international experience in directing programs. development of business and operations totals more than USD $36 Billion.  

Michael Gabriel Roberts is the Chief Business Officer, (CBO) and co-founder of Beraht Envelope Systems, LLC aka Beraht Construction..
Recognizing a need for innovation in the construction industry, Michael utilized the skills and experiences he acquired both in school and in his professional career to co-establish a company that could not only meet consumer needs, yet one that would excel beyond the highest levels of professionalism and integrity in the industry. 

?He graduated from Texas State University with a B. S. Degree in Consumer Science in 2005.  Before starting his own company, Michael worked for his Father, Michael Dan Roberts, then CEO of DHM Construction, Inc.  This is where he worked as an Assistant Project Manager and Account Manager. He grew experience in his own personal skill sets towards improving the estimating and operational procedures that lead to a reduction in operational costs.  In 2017, Michael earned his Master of Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University; graduated Sigma Delta with a 4.0. During his attendance of the graduate program, In 2015, Michael joined Texas A&M Entrepreneurship Society and began the formation of Beraht Envelope Systems, LLC aka Beraht Construction.

Michael Dan Roberts was introduced to the construction industry by his Father, over 41 years ago. Over the years, he has gained a deep understanding of the various roles held in the construction industry. His career began from the humble beginnings as a carpenter, from which he diligently worked throughout the industry as a superintendent to project manager and then estimator, towards his previous role of CEO for DHM Construction, Inc., and now CEO for Beraht Envelope Systems, LLC aka Beraht Construction..

The many years of work and various roles have allowed him the opportunity to gain the loyalty and trust of his men; the knowledge base necessary for problem solving; the skills necessary to maintain a schedule with quality control, while fully understanding the client’s needs and expectations.

?While specializing in interior build-outs, Mr. Roberts has numerous years of in-depth experience with ground up construction, including: big box retail, office spaces, churches, grocery stores, doctor offices, bank renovations, restaurants, public works projects and schools.  This array of projects has given Mr. Roberts a keen understanding of the uniqueness of each client’s needs.  With this understanding, he is able to guide clients towards their budget goals and value engineers their project.
