Scope Of Work

Designing a new warehouse facility for Scientific Drilling Int. on their existing site was fairly easy.  Constructing the project without interrupting their business operations took some effort. The 25,000 sf building has many large overhead doors and a truck dock for freight.  The building is bridge crane ready and all of the rated columns have 2 ton jib cranes.  Post construction of the Warehouse, SDI also had MCCI widen their driveway and approach to better suit their truck and vehicle traffic.  Including all new gates, guard house, and access control systems.  This scope of work was also a challenge to complete without slowing their normal business traffic.
