During the 90s, Mark (and Jack) built 117 Quiznos restaurant locations throughout the state of Washington.
Mark started out with the Quiznos company as a franchise owner, but he built his own building rather than using the corporation’s recommended builder. After the completion of his building, the company asked Mark to be their preferred contractor for all their future franchise locations throughout Washington state. This was during the high popularity of the sandwich restaurant chain, so over the course of the next few years, Mark built 27 Quiznos locations for the company franchises. He was always on time and on budget, so they loved working with him.
