MSL Construction was formed in 2011 by a group of highly experienced individuals with specific talents and skill sets.  These teammates are from diverse backgrounds, all finding themselves working in the senior housing industry.  The MSL Construction team has a diverse background including experience in the development,  management, operations, financing, construction and building trades related to the development of senior living communities. MSL professionals have decades of combined experience providing high quality, energy efficient, value engineered structures that many senior citizens  are proud to call home.

Each building is designed by a team of architects that specialize in construction of senior living communities..  All professionals involved in the design process are well versed in the needs of a growing senior population.
