RN Civil Construction self performed all earthwork, concrete, yard
piping, interior piping, process equipment, general civil site work for
the project.
The project includes extensive additions and modifications to the District’s existing plant facilities to increase treatment capacity and also improve existing treatment capabilities. The project includes a two story Digester Building Addition to house the jet aeration mixing pumps & aeration blowers and replacement of the digester aeration system. The work at the Headworks Building consists of raising the roof of the dumpster room, installing new Step Screen, Parshall Flume, relocate existing equipment, HVAC, Electrical, structural demo & modifications and new concrete retaining wall. All of the new facilities and modifications to the existing facilities must be constructed while keeping the existing plant operation and within it discharge permit limits
