DCG Construction

Clearwater Development Partners Inc. and our affiliate DCG Construction, LLC, are based in the historic Belmont Neighborhood of Charlotte, NC. We primarily serve the infill neighborhood’s, Center City, and counties surrounding Mecklenburg County. 

Founded in 2007 by J. Andrew Rowe, our companies began with focus of providing construction, development, project management, and consulting services to private equity real estate investors, owner’s, and tenant’s.

Since our inception we have expanded to become an unlimited licensed general contractor through our affiliated company DCG Construction LLC, developing over $1MM square feet, and completing over $75MM in construction projects for our partners and clients.

Celebrating over 12 years in business, we actively develop and build for our own ownership, alongside investment partner's, and provide our services to third parties for a fee.
