Southport Shopping Center located at 1019 Montauk Highway, Shirley New York, a vacant space (184,000 sqft.) developing into individual units.
Dynaire was awarded the contract to install new heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems for many of the retailers, including Modells, Michael’s, GNC and Dress Barn. The scope of work included but was not limited to new roof top units, exhaust fans, unit heaters and galvanized duct distribution and exhaust systems as required. ($ 500,000.00)
