Scope Of Work
Tilles Building located at 88 Froehlich Farm Blvd, one of Woodbury’s premier offices spaces for which the Tilles Organization was awarded, the ABLI/CIBS Developer of the Year, for this project.
Dynaire was contracted to both design and build the heating and air conditioning system for this new building. Dynaire performed all of the engineering and prepared the contract documents for this project. The HVAC system consisted of 10 high efficiency VA V roof top units and twelve (12) modular boilers. All sheet metal was fabricated by Dynaire’s sheet metal division (Aeroduct) and incorporated forty-seven (47) fan powered mixing boxes. In addition, Dynaire designed and installed a Carrier BMS control system with remote off-site monitoring capabilities. ($1,500,000.00)
