Brian Keelan's Bio
Brian is a Vice President of Complete Building Services. He began his career with CBS as a HVAC Apprentice, where he started with learning the fundamentals of the business. Brian continued to expand his responsibilities within the company and has gained extensive knowledge in the field as he has progressed through the positions of Maintenance Mechanic, HVAC Service Technician, Field Supervisor, and Operations Manager before being promoted to Vice President.
In his current role, Brian is responsible for the overall operations, profitability and performance of over 40 existing corporate, institutional, and government facility management contracts and over 35 employees. He coordinates and directly supervises the staff in multi-location, multi-contract environments and assists with the development and growth of the CBS Operations and Maintenance and Facilities Management Divisions.

David E. Barry, Jr.'s Bio
Butch has been President of Complete Building Services since 2003, and has served as a member of Donohoe for almost 30 years. Butch started at Donohoe in 1986 as a cost accountant for the construction division while attending the University of Maryland. After college, Butch moved to construction operations where he was Project Manager of several large construction projects.
Butch transitioned from the Donohoe Companies in 1995 to work for a local CPA firm that specialized in construction litigation support. He then was recruited by the World Bank as a Project Financial Management Specialist to manage the contract and construction close-out on the bank’s $314 Million headquarters project. In 1998, Butch returned to the Donohoe Companies as VP of Operations for Complete Building Services. He later served as Executive Vice President before becoming President in 2003.

Deirdre Robinson's Bio
Deirdre is currently Vice President of Human Resources for The Donohoe Companies, Inc., the parent company of Donohoe Construction, Donohoe Development, Donohoe Real Estate, Donohoe Hospitality and Complete Building Services. Deirdre joined Donohoe in 1992 in the human resources department after working several years in the hospitality and staffing industries. She was quickly promoted, and has since led the HR function for the company’s five divisions. As the company’s headcount has increased, Deirdre has been able to increase employee satisfaction while purchasing and delivering HR services more efficiently. Her ability to align employee engagement with maximum bottom-line results has allowed Donohoe to develop and support a productive, diverse and talented workforce.

Matt Wert's Bio
Matt is an Associate Vice President for Complete Building Services. He has over 30 years of experience in the industry and has held numerous positions within CBS since joining the company in 1992. These positions include: Plumber/Gasfitter, Purchasing Agent, Estimator, Project Manager, and Department Manager. In his current role as Associate Vice President, he is responsible for the oversight of 20+ CBS employees in the Mechanical Installations and Plumbing groups and performs plan/spec and design/build estimating and project management. Prior to CBS, Matt worked as a plumber for H.C. Ladd and Son.

Michael Polaski's Bio
Mike joined Complete Building Services in August of 2003. As the Senior Vice President, he is responsible for facilities management, operations, and business development for the organization. Prior to his current role, Mike was responsible for management and oversight of business development and marketing activities for the company, including proposal development for large, multi-million dollar bids for Government and commercial facilities management services in the Mid-Atlantic region. Previous to joining Complete Building Services, Mike started his career with the Pittsburgh Penguins organization in their advertising sales department.

Paul Harris's Bio
Paul is a Vice President for Complete Building Services. Paul joined CBS as a Project Manager in 1986 and worked in many positions with the company until he was promoted to Vice President in 2005. His current responsibilities include overseeing the operations of the Energy Management Division and developing new business opportunities. Most recently, Paul helped to complete a $10M control retrofit with a major client.
Prior to working for CBS, Paul served as an Applications Engineer for Johnson Controls. His experience includes working in the HVAC/Controls Field designing and engineering pneumatic, electric and electronic control systems ranging for small commercial, large commercial and industrial systems. Paul has an extensive background in the building automation field including installation, project management, estimating, programming, design and value engineering.

Terry Oakley's Bio
Terry is a Senior Vice President of Complete Building Services. He joined CBS in 2004 as the Project Manager for the start-up of a facilities contract with NIH. While he still remains the Project Manager for this job site, he has served as the Senior Vice President of the CBS Service Division since early 2005. In this role, he is responsible for the operations and profit and loss of the Service Division, including the HVAC and Plumbing departments. Since taking on this role, CBS’ Service Department has nearly doubled in staff and has transformed from a mostly in-house service entity into a viable and competitive service organization serving the Greater Washington Region.
Prior to joining CBS, Terry served as the President of Combustioneer Corporation for nine years. He was involved in the integration of two company mergers during that time. Before becoming President, Terry was the Vice President of Combustioneer’s Building Operations Division for three years, where he founded their O&M Division.

Bryan Macuci's Bio
Bryan is a Director of Operations at Complete Building Services. Bryan has 40 years of experience in Facilities Management and Operations. In his current role he is responsible for managing day-to-day operations at client sites; this includes supervising all onsite engineering staff to make sure all deliverables are met, interfacing with clients at weekly or monthly meetings, preparing and presenting required reports and analyses, and participating in monthly financial reviews with the CBS Assistant Vice President. Bryan is also responsible for running CBS’ in-house Apprenticeship Program, which holds weekly classes. He began his tenure with CBS in 2006 as the Division Manager of the CBS Energy Management Department, was promoted to Operations Manager and most recently Director of Operations of a portion of the Facilities Management Department.
Before working for CBS, Bryan served as Regional Vice President for Mona Electric where he ran the service department with different operating units for DC, Maryland and Virginia. Prior to Mona Electric, Bryan was the Director of Engineering for Quadrangle Development Company. During the 90s, PEPCO produced a piece that was handed out at trade shows that featured Bryan speaking about the success of energy conservation measures.

David W. Donohoe's Bio
David is Vice President of Operations for Complete Building Services. David brings 30 years of management experience across multiple disciplines, including engineering, sales, operations, financial planning and budget management, project management, production, technology, and business development. David works with the CBS management team to provide daily leadership and management of business operations, finance, administration and business development activities. His current responsibilities include executive oversight of various client accounts and leading continuous improvement initiatives to ensure consistent and efficient service offerings.
Prior to CBS, David served as the Director of Services Engineering at Commscope in Ashburn, Virginia. Past responsibilities include global repair operations for wireless infrastructure products, contract administration and negotiations, field services and technical support.

Dayton is a Director of Operations for Complete Building Services. Glenn Martin's Bio
Glenn is Director of Operations and Recruiting of Complete Building Services. In his current position, his responsibilities include management of facility contracts, all recruiting efforts and input of labor on contract bids. Glenn began his career in 1975 as a laborer with Mona Construction, where he worked his way up to Carpenter and Site Foreman. He joined Donohoe in 1983 as a Carpenter in the Construction division and transferred to the CBS Operation and Maintenance Division in 1984. Glenn transitioned from Stationary Building Engineer to Mobile Engineer / HVAC Service Technician with oversight of multiple building contracts and maintenance personnel. He left CBS in 1992 as Chief Engineer and returned to the company in 2003 as Operations Manager. Glenn has helped to grow CBS from 120 employees to our current 350+ employees.
