Scope Of Work
This project involved providing a new 80' x 100' DRBS storage facility with integral offices, restrooms, and mechanical room. In addition, the work included a new fire pump building and an above ground water storage tank. The preengineered DRBS building was finished on the exterior with large areas of decorative brick. KalWall Transparent Panels were incorporated into the building walls to make use of natural light for the interior of the building. An HVAC system was installed for maintaining temperature in the building and special fans were installed in the 45' high ceilings to move air and effectively heat the building. Site work consisted of swales to control runoff, a new grinder pump station to handle waste from the building and natural landscaping. a majority of the site was paved and new curbs installed to handle the truck traffic associated with the storage facility.
