Refurbishment of existing equipment and ductwork within 11 mechanical penthouses. Modify supply/return air handlers to include new chilled and hot water, and associated work. Supporting electrical for equipment upgrades and connection, structure reinforcement to support the mechanical equipment, and enlarge existing floor/wall penetrations.
