Scope Of Work
Exterior upgrades included drainage improvement, roofing, adobe erosion repairs, lime plaster and window renovations. Interior upgrades included mold remediation, wall repair, flooring, paint and MEP upgrades. The intent of the project was to upgrade and restore this historic structure and provide living quarters for Museum curators. All the renovations were reviewed and approved by the State Historic Preservation Organization.
