Scope Of Work

Brookside Senior Residences was the result of a four-year planning process that focused on the redevelopment of the HCA Brookside medical campus located in central Kansas City, Missouri. HCA was interested in selling off surplus property that no longer served a purpose for medical uses.

Working with neighborhood, city and business stakeholders in the area, our development team created a plan that would repurpose the campus into a senior living community. The first project developed was a 46-unit senior apartment building that is currently 100% occupied with a waiting list. Amenities include a game room, media room, community room with kitchen, and numerous medical services nearby.
