Scope Of Work
McPherson has one of the lowest unemployment rates in the state of Kansas. Prairie Pointe was developed to provide much needed workforce housing and assist with industry retention, recruitment, and expansion. “Available housing” is listed as one of the top issues facing the community and the key issue facing business expansion.
Working with the City and the business community, Prairie Fire developed a 45-unit community rented to families. Supportive services are provided through our nonprofit partner to make sure residents are provided assistance when needed.
