Scope Of Work

INTERIOR DEMOLITION IN PHASES Basement remove about 190 SF of 12x12 floor tile. Many are loose. Demo walls and ceiling. 1st Floor Room 1, Living Room: Remove flooring, wall and ceiling covering to the studs. Salvage some trim and bookcases. Room 2, Dining Room: Remove flooring, wall and ceiling covering to the studs. Salvage some trim. Room 8, Hallway/Pantry: Remove flooring, wall and ceiling covering to the studs, Salvage some trim. Leave Kitchen as is (I want to get a price from you for tear-out separate from this job). Second Floor Room 3, (front bedroom) Remove flooring, wall and ceiling covering to the studs, Salvage some trim. Room 4, (back bedroom/study) Remove flooring, wall and ceiling covering to the studs, Salvage some trim. Room 5, (front bedroom) Leave as is. Keep Door Closed. Room 6, (Hallway) Remove flooring, wall and ceiling covering to the studs, Salvage some trim. Room 7, (main stairwell from first floor to 3rd Floor) Keep all stairs, treads molding in place. Remove walls and ceiling. Leave Bathroom as is. 3rd Floor Remove hallway floor, leave everything else. Basement Stairwell Some of the trim, moldings, doors etc are fine. We can evaluate and mark them. Any door that is thrown out should have the hinges and lock/handle salvaged. Some doors are okay, others need to be thrown out.
