Scope Of Work
Oasis at 30th offers income-qualified seniors to choose assisted living s that otherwise they could not afford. The site contains 124 units in a 4-story building. The building also includes a commercial kitchen to offer meals in a dining area for our residents. Additional non-residential space is dedicated to functional uses such as staff and management offices, a resident care room, personal care room, laundry facility and medication management preparation space.
Unique to Oasis at 30th is all units will be rather than shared as in many assisted living facilities. The units will be the same size as typical assisted living units, with an average of 557 net square feet.
The units will be designed with the needs of the resident population in mind, with a Blue Ribbon Level of Universal Design features. Each unit will feature Window Blinds, Walk-In Closets, Cable Hook-Ups, Ceiling Fan, Access to High Speed Internet, Bathroom Grab Bars, and Comfort Height Toilets. Each unit will feature quality energy efficient construction with EnergyStar rated Windows, Lighting Fixtures, Appliances, Bathroom and Ceiling Fans, HVAC and Programmable Thermostats. The units will also feature Bathroom Faucets at 2.0 GPM or , Kitchen Faucets at 1.5 GPM or , and Showerheads at 2.0 GPM or .
