Scope Of Work

Patterson Hall was the first women’s dorm built for the University of Kentucky in the early 1900’s and the rehabilitation of this historic building serves as the centerpiece of the university’s north campus dormitory project.  The building is a 3-story, 34,500 SF load-bearing masonry building with wood floor framing and heavy timber roof construction.  Renovations transformed the building into classrooms, study areas and gathering spaces and full rehabilitation of the building façade and MEP systems.
