SYCON, LLC is a Houston-based General Contractor specializing in the new construction and major remodeling  industry.  As a general contracting company, our business is the construction of ground-up buildings, commercial build-out, major and minor remodeling, concrete foundation and perform maintenance and repair services to these facilities.

We have been involved in projects worth up to $50,000,000. Our home office is located in the uptown area of Houston, Texas. However we have worked all around the Greater Houston Area, from Downtown to Sugar Land; from Katy to Woodlands. We currently have two office Project Managers, one administrator and many in-house contractors.
