Scope Of Work
Alta Peak Apartments is an LEED-certified, eight-story building consisting of post tension concrete and wood framing. The 138-unit building includes 6,000 square feet of ground level retail. Caliber installed cast iron drainage, stainless steel water mains, and within unit Wirsbo piping. The team worked closely with the general contractor and other sub contractors to help maintain a proactive approach to meeting contracted schedules and building standards.
