Scope Of Work
The Portland District office is a newly constructed six story office building with underground parking. Caliber was hired to help VE the project and create a $200,000 delta by streamlining the mechanical system design. With system changes to outside air equipment and VRF piping/module design, Caliber was able to create a more energy-efficient final product at a lower cost than the original design.
